Custom Invitation Design Process

LET'S GET STARTED//
You will receive an email and questionnaire to provide us with some information we need to learn about you and your big day before the initial consultation. The rest we will go over (in person or via phone) giving us more of your vision for the day. The venue, the theme, dress, decor, colors, linens, flowers, etc AND who you and your bride or groom are and personalities. Your budget, your priorities, your needs and wants. Your "I can't live without this!" and your "I really don't need or care about this" All of these factors are incorporated into our work to reflect 100% you and your day.
We review designs, fonts, layouts, paper, pricing, and provide you with a custom estimate and collect a 50% deposit to begin the design process.
Our standard stock for all custom orders is a high quality white or off white 130# matte cover stock.
We also offer matte colored stocks, metallic, linen, vellum, kraft, woodgrain, and other specialty lines like Crane Lettra in white and off white.
Digital, Thermography, Letterpress, Foil Stamping, Deboss/Emboss
Our custom orders average from 6-8 weeks from initial consultation to conceptual proofs to revisions and printed then in your hand, rush fees are available.
Printing turnaround requires 7-15 working business days for digital printing and 15-21 days for letterpress, thermography, foil stamping from project sign-off approval. A rush fee will only occur if we have 15 days or less to produce your product and are 30% of the total cost.
However, each job receives it's own custom timeline outlining the due dates for us and you. All orders include a printed sample (digitally printed and shipped for approval). All specialty printing (letterpress, foil, thermography will receive a digital printed sample in your colors). There is always a very small chance of unexpected delays from our paper or printing vendors, but if you follow your timeline, you should expect to receive your items without any delays or rush fees.

Within 3-5 business days of your deposit, we will provide you via email with a min. 3 varied options based on our initial consultation.
There are 2 revisions included in the pricing for spelling, text, and design changes only. Additional edits beyond 2 are an additional $75/hr and due before edits are made (and that has only ever happened 1 time in 10 years, so rest assured we are confident that we will provide you with what you want!)
Upon your final design approval, we'll print and ship a sample to you. We will try to accommodate any last minute minor changes (any major changes will be an additional fee and will extend your timeline) but to keep your current timeline, so respond with your approval immediately.
After final approval, only qty can be changed. Designs and the order cannot be changed at this time.
